| PIET WHEEL HUBS (SAME AS USED ON FRANK PAVLIGA'S PLANE except no grease cups) The grease cups are not needed as my hubs have oil lite bronze bushings. The cups are for decoration only. I will make them with grease cups on request but DO NOT PUT GREASE IN THE CUP OR HUB.
MADE FROM 4130 STEEL with BRONZE BUSHINGS FOR 1 1/2 " (ONE AND ONE HALF INCH) AXLES

Tail Wheel Assembly Full swiveling & steerable. Facing aft.

| The tail wheel assembly that I make are full swiviling and steerable through 30 degrees left and right before it becomes unlocked. The truss is as Bernie shows but is made of .049 tubing. .035 is too light. The wheel is 4 inch, the fork is Scott cut down. The spring is John Deer rake with the nut to mount it to fuselage. Timing cover plate (that does not come with the tack drive) with the tack drive installed.

| The attached picture shows the timing cover plate (that does not come with the tack drive) with the tack drive installed. The parts on the right side of the picture is the tac drive and it is made of brass and rides against the end of camshaft to take end play out of camshaft. It has two nuts, one welds to the timing cover plate and the other is a jam nut.
